A WEEK OF ZEEK

A couple months ago I decided I was going to fly home and surprise my mom for Mother's Day. My sister and I had everything figured out, the flight was booked, and we were so excited for the big surprise. Well, a couple weeks before my departure, Maddy got her mission call. We knew it could come anytime... but we didn't know how soon she would be leaving. Turns out she only had 5 weeks. She was scheduled to enter into the MTC on May 20th. Just 10 days after Mother's Day. She had so much to do in such a short period of time and I wasn't so sure this trip of mine would be a very good surprise. So Maddy and I decided to tell my mom. They both ended up coming out to UT to do all her mission shopping the week before my trip. I didn't feel like I really needed to go home for a week to see them, since I just spent a week with them. BUT... there was still one tiny little human that I had yet to meet.

My little baby nephew, Ezekiel. He is literally the reason I went to Oklahoma. They are making the move to Arizona this week and I didn't know when I would get to meet him. Anyway, point is, I am obsessed with him. He is the cutest thing in the world. And so obviously we had to pretended like we were photographers and take a million pictures of him.  :)

He does the cutest thing with his little fists. He gets them up in the air and tries so hard to get them to his mouth. Usually it hits his head first and them he works it down to his mouth and its the best thing ever!
