sledding in central park

I wish so badly that these weren't crappy iPhone pictures, but I think it's safe to say that bringing my big camera into a winter wonderland wouldn't be the best idea. I still love each one regardless!!

We woke up this morning to a snowy NYC and it hasn't stopped coming down since! We walked to Lowes first thing to buy some saucer sleds! I'm glad we went when we did because there were only a few left! There wasn't much snow yet so we decided to wait it out and go a bit later.

Meanwhile, we grabbed brunch at Jacob's Pickle (cheatmeal!!!), stopped at Lush for a few bathbombs and headed home so brady could nap and I could take a bath! There is nothing better than a steamy bath on a snowy day!!

Zoe LOVES the snow! She was having so much fun chasing her ball. We would sit on the saucer, hold her leash, and throw her ball. She would chase it and pull us down the hill making us go so fast! It was so much fun! I was laughing so hard because it was the best ever!

When we got to Jacob's Pickle, there was an hour wait. We really wanted to go there, since it was our cheat meal, so we walked over to Starbucks and shared some Salted Carmel Hot Chocolate. It was yummy,  but hanging out with him and chatting is my favorite thing and I didn't mind that one hour wait one bit. Except I was really cold and hungry, but other than that... 😉

We were so red from being so cold! But so worth it. We don't own snow clothes so we just kept adding layers! I had on two pairs of pants, two socks, two sweaters, and a coat!

My first nyc snow certainly didnt disappoint. It was the best day, and I'm pretty sure I'll remember it forever.
