bon bon came to town

My mama was here!! She left a week ago, yesterday. It’s so refreshing to have a visitor that just wants to hang out! Typically visits are full of sight seeing, so it’s a nice break to have my mom here who just wants to get a glimpse of our day to day.

She brought some AZ sunshine with her, and we were blessed with pretty great weather all week! By great weather I mean high 30s. Ha!

We made our way to Purl Soho one afternoon, and I was in absolute heaven. I wanted to buy everything!! I have such an itch for all things fiber art right now.

After Brady took a test one day, we met him at the theatre to see The Greatest Showman, for the second time. I’m ready for round 3.

The theatre had a really pretty view, so a few pictures were necessary.

We spent a morning in Brooklyn visiting our friend Tatum (and her cute boys!) from AZ. They just moved here a few months ago, and I am so excited! I hope I see her a lot more. We shopped into Colsen’s Bakery for some goodies before heading over. Still thinking about that chocolate almond croissant.

Later that evening, my mom and I made our way to Eataly to Rome around while we waited for Brady. She loved wandering there. I think it just makes her Italian roots happy.

haha this picture kills me. She was freezing her buns off! We were stuck in a wind tunnel that was brutal. She’s so cute. I’m so happy when she comes! And I’m ready for her to come back!!
